DESCRIPTION
This 120,000-sf TI design-build contract is Bilbro Construction’s third major undertaking for L-3 Communications.
Project entailed consolidating this defense contractor’s manufacturing facility and the build-out of a new 40,000-sf lab and test facility for Jaycor Applied Technologies. Work also included production areas, data center, ADA, HVAC and electrical systems upgrades.
